Our Technical Department analyzes all your requests, your specifications, advises you and develops together with you appropriate solutions to your needs in full compliance with current regulations, relying on Tecnoma’s long experience in the field of profiling.

Preliminary technical training at Tecnoma

These trainings are conducted at Tecnoma headquarters directly on the machines during several days, or even weeks depending on the complexity of the machines, before they are delivered.

Technical training at the Customer’s site

This training is carried out at the Customer’s site after installation and commissioning of the device, for several days as needed. The training introduces the Customer’s operators to the use and maintenance of the equipment. We provide you with all the best practices for using and producing products that meet your needs.

Teleassistance

From 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Berlin/Rome time zone) on working days (excluding weekends, holidays, closing periods and public holidays on the Italian calendar), provided the machine can be connected to the network.

Our teams support and advise you on better use and good maintenance of the equipment in order to prolong its life.
